Taking absolutely no credit for growing this whatsoever (It's still in its pot). Fresh from a bank-breaking trip to Crug Farm nursery last weekend, this among the choice and delicate woodlanders really caught my eye (although it's hard to make out the shape of it in this picture against the busy background.) Basically it's the size and proportions of Aruncus dioicus but with black stems and small spidery black umbels of flowers instead of creamy plumes.
