Saw maybe only a hand full of Cadillac's in Italy, most of them were of the BLS, but this was the only wagon I saw. You can really see the SAAB overtones from this angle. Another GM badge that has failed outside of the US and another GM brand that was successfully messed up by GM in Australia, but at least this time they pulled the plug before they started getting more stock in than what they already had. Cadillac was all go for our market and then right at the last minute, GM canned it! There were a number of Cadillac's already here, being readied to be trucked off to dealers, but soon after the announcement that Cadillac wouldn't be going ahead, they were shipped off to New Zealand and sold at a bargain price. |
