腐生苔属（学名：Cryptothallus）又称隐片苔属，是属于绿片藓科的一种地钱，此类植物植株矮小，因缺乏叶绿素而呈白色至浅黄色[2]。本属最早于1919年被描述，1933年被发表为新属[3]，不过因其形态除颜色外均与绿片藓属相似，有学者认为腐生苔属不是一个独立的属，而是绿片藓属中不含叶绿素的物种之合称[4]，而叶绿体、粒线体与细胞核DNA序列的分析结果也支持此论点[3]。
腐生苔属植物生长在泥炭藓属、塔苔属或灰藓属植物形成的腐殖质中，可于深至20公分处生长[3]，虽名为腐生，但腐生苔不以腐生取得养分，而是属于菌异营植物，本身不行光合作用，而是透过寄生能与其他植物形成外菌根的真菌以取得有机养分。本属是目前已知唯一一类菌异营的苔藓植物[5]，其寄生的真菌多属担子菌门，例如胶膜菌属的物种[3]，而绿片藓属的植物也常与担子菌门真菌形成菌根[6]。
腐生苔属目前已知有两种物种，其中Cryptothallus mirabilis全株均呈白色，生长在沼泽中，常与桦木一起出现[7]，广泛分布于欧洲北部，并曾在格陵兰岛出现[6]。另一物种Cryptothallus hirsutus于1977年在哥斯大黎加被发现，并于1996年被发表为新种[2]，该物种仅分别于1977年与1979年被采集到，目前对其所知甚少，亦尚不确定其是否为菌异营植物[3]。
