四乙醇碲是一種碲化合物，化學式為Te(OC2H5)4。該化合物有市售品可以獲得[2]，也可以將四氯化碲的四氫呋喃-苯（1:1）溶液滴加至新制的乙醇鈉溶液中，通過過濾蒸餾來製得。[3]它對空氣和濕氣敏感，可於氬氣中溶解在四氯化碳中保存。[1]它水解可以生成二氧化碲。[4]它在有機合成中可以將硫代酰胺轉化為腈：[1]
