平常濱藜（學名：Atriplex plebeja），是大西洋特里斯坦-達庫尼亞群島特有的一種植物。作為一種鮮為人知的鹽生灌木，平常濱藜只曾在特里斯坦島和南丁格爾群島上被見到過。
平常濱藜由蘇格蘭植物學家杜格爾德·卡邁克爾在1816年首次於特里斯坦島沿岸發現並描述，[2]自此之後該物種僅在1937至1938年間的南丁格爾群島有被發現過，且在當時被認為是罕見的。[3]在1989年對南丁格爾群島以及2000年和2000年至2001年對特里斯坦島與南丁格爾群島的訪問與調查中均未能發現它們。[1]直至近期的一項調查在群島中的施托爾滕霍夫島重新發現了已有數十年未見的平常濱藜。[4]
平常濱藜的總體威脅是細小的種群規模，由於分布在海濱地區，放牧和外來物種可能會對特里斯坦島的種群造成威脅，而南丁格爾島上的火災亦是一種潛在的威脅。[1]
