腸桿菌科（學名：Enterobacteriaceae）是γ-變形菌綱腸桿菌目的一科，為格蘭氏陰性菌中的一個類群，皆為桿菌。它們普遍存在於動物體腸道、水、土壤、寄生蟲等。其中，大腸桿菌是被研究最多的一種。[1]
