p53 p63 p73家族
p53 p63 p73 家族 是一個抑癌基因家族[1][2]
包括：
有時候也簡稱為「p53家族」[3]。
p53家族的進化關係[編輯]
p53、p63與p73不但在結構與功能上相似，在進化上也有相關性。整個p53家族都是從無脊椎動物的p63/p73祖先基因中進化而來[4]。p53最早在軟骨魚基因組的p63/p73基因重複中分化出來[4]，p63/p73此後在硬骨魚中再分化為p63和p73[4]。後來它們各自發展出了不同的結構與功能，最終形成了可以區分的三個基因—TP63、p73、p53。
