瘰螈屬（學名：Paramesotriton）是有尾目蠑螈科的一屬動物，體長100～155毫米。頭部扁平,犁骨齒列「Ω」形。軀幹圓柱狀，四肢細弱而長。尾側扁。皮膚粗糙。頭側有腺質棱脊，背正中有脊棱，背面瘰粒分散均勻，沿體兩側的略大而明顯。腹面橘紅色斑顯著[1]。有14個公認的有效物種[2]。
