茵陳二炔酮（英語：Capillin，或稱為茵陳炔酮，毛蒿素）是一種天然的有機化合物，分子式為C
12H
8O。分子結構中帶有一個苯環與一個羰基以及與之相連的兩個碳碳三鍵，構成共軛二炔酮。
茵陳二炔酮存在於在許多蒿屬物種（如龍蒿 Artemisia dracunculus ）提取的精油中[1]。這一化合物最早於1956年在茵蔯蒿（Artemisia capillaris ）中分離[2]。
應用[編輯]
茵陳二炔酮是一種生物活性物質，具有強的抗真菌活性，可能具有抗腫瘤活性。茵陳二炔酮具有細胞毒性作用，在體外實驗中能使A549、HEp-2、MIA PaCa-2等人腫瘤細胞凋亡[3]。
