2,3-二巰基丙磺酸（英文縮寫：DMPS），它的鈉鹽（商品名：Unithiol、Dimaval、螯金拔）作為螯合劑可以與多種重金屬離子螯合，因此可以作為重金屬中毒的解毒劑。合成2，3-二巰基丙磺酸的方法是由來自基輔的Petrunkin在1956年首先報道的^[1]，隨後以Unithiol的藥物名稱列入蘇聯指定的官方藥物^[2]^[3]。
