單柱花屬（學名：Hoplestigma）屬於紫草目紫草科[1]，也有分類學者將其列為單柱花科（Hoplestigmataceae）的唯一屬，只有2種，生長在非洲的中西部，為常綠樹。
分類[編輯]
克朗奎斯特分類法將其劃入堇菜目單柱花科，根據基因親緣關係分類的1998年APG 分類法和經過修訂的2003年APG II 分類法都認為無法將這個科分入任何一個目。因其排成蠍尾狀總狀花序與紫草科的植物相似，2009年的APG III及2016年的APG IV將單柱花科併入紫草目的紫草科之中[2]。然而，2016年的「紫草目分類工作組」將本屬單獨列為單柱花科，與紫草科並列。
