著骨點（英語：Enthesis）是指介於肌腱、韌帶、關節囊、滑液囊或由這些結構任何組合，與骨骼之間的結締組織[1][2]。最常見的著骨點是骨骼肌的肌腱附著骨骼之處[3][4]。
著骨點依組織成分分為兩類：纖維性著骨點、纖維軟骨性著骨點。
